Major League Grilling BBQ Team competes in professional BBQ competitions sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) and St. Louis BBQ Society (SLBS). Our mission is o win Grand Championships which is done by cooking prize winning chicken, ribs, pork and brisket. We do this because we love to BBQ, meet new folks, build friendships and of course, win for braggin’ rights.
MLG has competed under other aliases, such as: Fireside Smokers, BAJA Pit Crew, Canadian Bakin’, Bauman’s Fine Meats and Work of Art BBQ.
